Questions we get asked
Can I see the same vet each time?
Ask for them when you book. Every hospital has a small enough team that this is usually possible, and the shared record means a different vet still has the full history.
Do the six hospitals share records?
Yes. A consult at Rockingham on Monday is on the screen at Joondalup on Tuesday, including images and laboratory results.
What if my pet needs something my local hospital does not do?
We book it at the hospital that does and send the record ahead. The follow-up appointments come back to your own hospital.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Routine appointments are usually inside a week and often inside two days at Midland and Rockingham. Emergency is walk-in at Fremantle, day or night.
