Parasite cover delivered
Flea, worm and heartworm cover for your pet's weight, posted monthly, so the lapse that reopens heartworm risk stops happening.
Ten per cent off everything else
Applied to consults, surgery, imaging and dentals, including the emergency consult at Fremantle.
Screening for seniors
The senior plans include a yearly blood and urine panel, which is where kidney and thyroid disease is found before it costs anything to treat.

Questions we get asked
Is this pet insurance?
No. A wellness plan covers routine care that you know is coming. Insurance covers accidents and illness that you do not. Many of our members hold both.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with a month's notice. If you have used more than you have paid in, the difference is invoiced at the point of cancelling, and we show you that figure before you decide.
What if my pet gets sick?
Illness is billed as it happens, with the plan discount applied. The plan makes the routine half predictable rather than covering everything.
Can I use it at any hospital?
All six. The record is shared, so a plan started at Rockingham works at Joondalup the same afternoon.
When does a puppy plan become an adult plan?
At twelve months, and we write to you a month beforehand with the new figure.
